Inviting teammates and understanding roles

Team

Under Settings → Team Members, you can invite people to help manage your ReplyNodes account — the in-app copy describes it as inviting "your assistant or team member to manage your account."

Inviting someone

When you add a member, you choose a role and how they receive access:

  • Send an email invitation, or
  • Copy an invitation link to share yourself (useful if you'd rather not send it by email).

Roles

There are three roles: User, Admin, and Super Admin, in that order of privilege. A member can remove another member only if their own role outranks the other person's — for example, an Admin can remove a User, but not another Admin or a Super Admin. Certain administrative actions elsewhere in the app are restricted to the Admin and Super Admin roles specifically.

What we're not covering here

Exact plan-based limits (how many team members your subscription allows, etc.) depend on billing, which this guide intentionally leaves out — check your account's Settings for current limits.
